advice

could any one give a broad peice of advice.

i had a good friend who had an apartment in la Siesta and had to come back to England due to being unable to find any more work in Spain.

since then, for the last 2 years i have been paying the mortgage as he could no longer afford it.

what is the best way to get the property/mortgage in my name ? i obvioulsy have his permission.

does anyone know ?
